Feast of St Munchin.

Lord God,

may the light which brightened the world at the birth of Christ your Son

continue, we beseech you, to overcome all darkness,

and, by the prayers of Saint Munchin,

may it guide our steps into the way of peace.

Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,

who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,

one God, for ever and ever.
